Everybody knows that Donavan can make pizza from scratch right? So I set out to make pizza for the first time without help & of course I used oils.  For this recipe I used Oregano oil and added it to the dough before placing it in the oven, take a look & see my pizza for yourself!

Polk County Family Week was a blast!  Our Wards's Boy Scout Troop was assigned the Flag Ceremony and Donavan & my mother in las Melodi helped out in the Family History Tent.

I love this time of year!  Call us crazy but we've already set out our indoor Christmas decorations and last night I diffused arborvitae oil for the first time. Arborvitae known as "tree of life"is majestic in size and abundant in therapeutic benefits.  This oil has powerful purifying properties and promotes healthy cell function.  I used one drop of arborvitae and six drops of elevation and placed our diffuser in our living room right next to our Christmas tree.  We also took a trip to Jacksonville and I visited Hobby Lobby! Oh WOW oh WOW is what I can say about the store... it is crafts and crafts galore!  We have two ten feet garlands to hang outdoors and we can not seem to agree if we should decorate the garlands or leave them naked?  I personally want to decorate them in red and gold, here are some pictures I took of some garlands from the store to help us decide. What do you think?

Me encanta esta época del año! Llámenos locos, pero nosotros ya hemos puesto nuestros adornos navideños en el interior de nuestro hogar y anoche aplique el aceite Arborvitae por primera vez en el difusor. Arborvitae conocido como "árbol de la vida" es majestuoso en tamaño y amplio en beneficios terapéuticos. Este aceite tiene poderosas propiedades purificantes y promueve la función saludable de las células. He utilizado una gota de arborvitae y seis gotas de elevación y coloqué nuestro difusor en nuestra justo al lado de nuestro árbol de Navidad. También hicimos un viaje a Jacksonville y visitamos Hobby Lobby! Oh oh WOW WOW es lo que puedo decir de la tienda ... es la artesanía y oficios en abundancia! Tenemos dos guirnaldas de diez pies cada uno para colgar al aire libre y parece que no podemos estar de acuerdo si debemos decorar las guirnaldas o dejarlas vacias? Yo personalmente quiero decorar en rojo y oro, aquí hay algunas fotos que tomé de algunas guirnaldas de la tienda para ayudar a decidir. Qué piensa?

This is a picture of an attraction at Epcot displaying some of the seasonal fruits and vegetables grown there.  This serves as inspiration for my own garden! 
The Food Festival was amazing we walked around the world and enjoyed eating in New Zealand, South Korea, Poland, France, Belgium, Morocco, Canada, and Scotland but my favorite was the roasted salmon with quinoa salad and arugula chimichuri from Patagonia ( I wish I would of snapped a picture).

Esta foto fue tomada en Epcot Center en una de las atraciones de el tipo de vegetacion que cultivan.  Esto me sirve como inspiracion para mi propio jardin de vegetales.  El Festival de comida fue fantastico, caminamos alrededor del mundo y comimos en Nueva Zelandia, Korea del Sur, Polonia, Francia, Belgica, Marruecos, Canada y Escocia, pero mi preferido fue el salmon con ensalada de quinoa y chimichurri con arugula de Patagonia (deseo haberle tomado una foto).

ENGLISH:

I love the cold air!  Our mornings are about 61 degrees and than the day warms up to about 81 with this up and down in temperature we've had stuffy noses and scratchy throats.  This is why Breathe is indispensable and a must have at home.  I rub it on the children's chest and lungs and place it in the diffuser to help them sleep better and to combat that terrible cough.

Me encanta el aire frio!  Nuestras mañanas son de 61 grados y durante el dia sube a 81 grados de temperatura con este sube y baja de temperatura hemos sufrido de congestamiento en la nariz y garganta.  Por esta rason Breathe es indespensable en nuestro hogar.  Lo aplico en el pecho y pulmones de los niños y en el difusor para ayudarlos a dormir mejor y para combatir esa horible toz.
